Basically, it's a bunch of pieces of yellow gel. It looks really yucky. It slurps around when you move it. The crickets eat it; I know that much. Still, they don't prefer it. They really prefer eating the dried moss off my plant-thingy; or their fallen comrades, for some reason *need the protein, I guess*.
